As a proof of our values, we are willing to take on board everyone who is determined to improve his or her health by doing any kind of exercise and we provide you with a wide range of options to meet your targets.

You can choose between cardio-exercise, this is, cycling, treadmill, running, step... or free-weightlifting with a broad variety of weights and forms.

If you prefer group exercise, we offer you the chance to take aerobics, fitness, step, funky and many more fun, calories-burning, light or hard sessions to meet all your needs.

Fancy some martial arts? Then join karate, kick-boxing, capoeira or judo and on top of learning something new, good-for-you workout, you will meet nice and friendly people in an atmosphere difficult to find in any other gym around.
